4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate poster images. You acknowledge that:

• Generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your intended use
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
• Faneo.ai is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

6. Account Responsibility

Faneo.ai reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

In no event shall Faneo.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faneo.ai and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
